... Like the founder of every other new airline in the world, Latécoère has had financial problems with his bold entreprise. The token subsidy the French government condescended to give him has proved not early enough to carry "the Line" through its period of development and expansion... M. Bouilloux-Lafont, an international entrepreneur of considerable reputation... taking over "the line"...to change the name Latécoère to the Générale Aéropostale Compagnie... By 1931, Aéropostale, still bearing the image of "the line", had amassed considerable property and hardware...  and now at the very threshhold of Latécoère's original dream... Recriminations flew from Bouilloux-Lafont to politicians and from the politicians back into the face of Bouilloux-Lafont, Flandin and the government, was accused by leftist groups of having sold surplus military hardware at low prices to Latécoère who, because the liquidation, had sold it back to the government at a profit... 


Comme tous les fondateurs des nouvelles compagnies aériennes dans le monde, Latécoère a des problèmes financiers avec son entreprise ...  M. Bouilloux-Lafont, prend le contrôle financier de la Compagnie Latécoère en 1927....en reprenant "la ligne"... il lui donne le nom Compagnie Générale Aéropostale ... réalisant le rêve initial de  Latécoère... 
En 1931,  Flandin et le gouvernement, sont accusés par des groupes de gauche d'avoir vendu, en 1918, du matériel militaire excédentaire à bas prix à Latécoère....
